This Privacy Policy describes how Orbit.Rush ("the App") handles information when you use the App. We are committed to protecting your privacy while providing a high-performance gaming experience.

1. Information We Collect

a) Telemetry & Analytics (Supabase)

To optimize gameplay, balance difficulty, and monitor app stability, Orbit.Rush collects anonymized telemetry data stored via Supabase. This includes:

• Player Identity: A randomly generated UUID (player_id) and a user-chosen alias (username).
• Gameplay Metrics: Scores, game duration, level progress, total clicks, fragments collected, and session identifiers.
• Engagement Data: Revive opportunities offered and whether they were accepted.
• Technical Logs: Device type, operating system version, and approximate region (Country derived from IP address).

This data is used solely for the Global Leaderboard and internal game balancing analytics.

b) Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

Orbit.Rush displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob to keep the game free for all players.

• Personalization: On iOS, we use the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you grant permission, Google may use your IDFA to serve personalized ads.
• Non-Personalized Ads: If you decline tracking or on platforms where tracking is restricted, we explicitly signal AdMob to serve non-personalized ads (NPA=1).
• Technical Collection: AdMob may collect technical data (IP, device model, etc.) for fraud prevention and ad frequency capping.

c) Push Notifications (FCM / APNs)

If you grant permission to receive push notifications, Orbit.Rush collects data necessary to deliver synchronized alerts to your hardware.

• Device Tokens: We collect a unique fcm_token or device token generated by Firebase Cloud Messaging or the Apple Push Notification service.
• Purpose: This token is used exclusively to route game updates, community alerts, achievement milestones, or leaderboard status changes to your specific device.
• Control: You can opt-out at any time by modifying your notification preferences in your device's system settings.

2. How Information Is Used

• Leaderboards: Displaying your high scores and rankings globally or regionally.
• Analytics: Understanding "Near Miss" rates, level difficulty spikes, and session length to improve game design.
• Monetization: Serving ads through AdMob.
• Notifications: Sending you synchronized alerts about game events, status updates, or content drops.
• Stability: Monitoring for crashes and performance bottlenecks across different OS versions.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share information with service providers necessary for App operations:

• Google AdMob: For advertising services.
• Supabase: For database hosting and real-time leaderboard sync.
• Google Firebase / Apple: For secure routing and delivery of push notification payloads.

4. Your Rights & Data Removal

We believe you should have full control over your data.

• Access & Portability: You can view your public data on the Global Leaderboards.
• Erasure: You can request full deletion of your player profile and anonymization of your historical logs at any time via: orbitrush.xyz/delete-account
• Notification Management: You can disable push notifications directly in your device settings to immediately stop receiving all messages.

5. Children’s Privacy

Orbit.Rush does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
